​Raise the Roof Building Campaign

 

For more than 18 years, CrossWalk Community Outreach, a Naples-based 501c3 nonprofit, has provided vital community services to Naples, Bridgton, Harrison, Sebago & Casco. We’re excited to announce that we’ve leased a building! Our goal is to purchase it within the next 2–3 years. Leasing brings new operating expenses we haven’t faced before, so our campaign remains as active as ever. We’re building a kitchen, a clothing closet, and many other exciting additions. We need your help more help than ever—volunteers, in-kind gift donations, and of course, monetary contributions to sustain our outreach.

Our new location will allow us to bring back lost services, including:

 

• Emergency meals during outages and pandemics   

• Return of free community meals  

• Addiction recovery outreach in partnership with LRRC support 

• Healthy food access and a food pantry

• Free Clothing Closet

• Free notary services  

• On-site community health worker by appointment for resource referrals  

• Blood pressure screenings and flu clinic events with local nurses  

• Southern Maine Area Agency on Aging support events

• Medicare support advisor events 

• Event space for fundraising gatherings  

• Veterans’ homelessness advocacy with the Preble Street Initiative

• Computer access
